Description

Some would say this is the food of the gods!

Our ‘Nduja (pronounced en-doo-ya) is made from our free-range rare breed pork belly and fat with lashings of the finest de la Vera paprika and chilli.

We love it on pizza, in pasta sauce or even on the humble cheese on toast.
