This is our most popular salami made from our free range Gloucestershire Old Spot pork and a simple combination of red wine and a mix of five different kinds of peppercorn. Our House salami is a fermented then air-dried cured sausage which is ready to eat. It is great as part of a charcuterie platter, on a pizza or simply on its own!
