This is our most popular salami made from our free range Gloucestershire Old Spot pork and a simple combination of red wine and a  mix of five different kinds of peppercorn.  This is a fermented then air-dried cured sausage which is ready to eat.  Its great as part of a charcuterie platter, on a pizza or simply on its own!

Ingredients: Pork, curing salt, red wine, five pepper mix.
