Buy Charcuterie Online
We make all our charcuterie here at Bogrow Farm in our purpose-built butchery. We only use free range outdoor raised and bred pork from our herd of pedigree Gloucester Old Spot pigs. Our beef comes from our herd of Luing cattle and the wild venison comes from the sustainable management of deer locally.
Delivery is included on all orders over £30 and your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery.

Venison (1)
All our venison comes from within 20miles of our farm. Alec is a professional hunter with over 30 years experience. The deer are shot as part of sustainable management operations which are undertaken in a safe, humane and hygienic manner. -

Our air-dried ham products are made from whole leg or neck muscle, cured with salt and then air dried in our ageing room for at least 3 months. -
