Sliced Culatello – Air-dried Ham

This italian inspired air-dried ham is made from boned out pork leg, salt and time.  It is aged for 3 to 6  months in our ageing room and then thinly sliced.  Use it like proscuitto or parma ham.
Min Weight: 60g
Ingredients:  Free range pork, salt, preservatives, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
