Coppa is an air-dried ham made from the whole neck muscle or ‘collar’ from a pig. Our original Coppa is cured with salt and mix of pepper and spices which give it a mildly spicy flavour. Delicious on its own, on pizza, as part of a charcuterie board or even on a sandwich. Think prosciutto and parma ham and you will know what to do with it.
