Our Hunter’s salami is made from wild highland venison and our free range rare breed pork.  Inspired by an Italian Cacciatore sausage recipe we add a a delicious blend of spices which complement the meat beautifully.

Ingredients: Venison*, pork* Salt, spices, preservative sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate. Allergens: None. *Made with 155g of meat per 100g of finished product.
