This is our most popular salami made from our free range Gloucestershire Old Spot pork and simple combination of red wine and a special mix of five different kinds of peppercorn.  This is a fermented then air-dried cured sausage which is ready to eat.  Its great as part of a charcuterie platter, on a pizza or simply on its own!

This salami is also available to buy as a small whole salami which you can slice yourself.

Min weight: 90g

Ingredients: Pork, curing salt, red wine, five pepper mix.
