Our first salami using our beef and we are delighted with it. This is a great all rounder with a great depth of flavour but gentle flavours for those that aren’t keen on spices.
This is a fermented then air-dried cured sausage which is ready to eat. Its great as part of a charcuterie platter, on a pizza or simply on its own!
